The winner of our “XOOPS Site of the month contest” for month MAY 2006 with 38% of all valid votes is …. VETOFISH.
Some comments to vetofish given by our visitors:
- + I like it’s originality, the way how it manages content and all it’s features.
- + What do YOU love most of YOUR favourite Site? This was a tough choice but I have to say my reason for choosing Vetofish was because of it’s graphics. I like the layout but the style of the design makes me feel as if I’m using a local program. Simple yet effective.
- + The design is polished and pleasing to the eye. It doesn’t look like, yet another XOOPS site. Well done!

Many of my visitors downloaded xf_openWeb but some of them had problems displaying modules like forum or modules which use many tables with width=”100%” or clearing elements. xf_openWeb is a 3 column full width theme using floatings to position things, there was no width set for the centercontent. This has some disadvantages while using preference table width=”100%” within the centercontent. Some browser were not able to calculate the width correct and display the content below the left block or overflow.

Yes, I do love to manage this blog, but the more I hate to delete all this spam every day. There are spam entries within xoops (submit-) forms too, but no comparison to what is caught in my xoopsfactory blog.
