Remember the situation you can’t catch a LAN or WLAN hotspot for your notebook or a meeting wasn’t thought to be a working meeting but you need to have access to your, your friends or your clients website with tools you are used to work with, or accounts data you could not have in mind.

breadcrumbs are breadcrumps?

What are breadcrumps? A breadcrumb is a small line of navigation you can show to your visitors, imagine « Previous, Next Entries » or the topic path navigation. Within a discussion about breadcrumb navigation i followed a link from alfred to Dr-Web.de. This is what i’m actually playing with. Did you ever read about Building a Breadcrumb Control - Eyebrow instead of a breadcrumb - or Bradcrumb Navigation until today?

Hm, if we talk about usability our beginning example breadcrumb should look a bit different in source, shouldn’t it? What is your opinion? Will it be better to use an (un-)ordered list instead?

oswdFrank Skettino is now back with his OSWD community. The site was offline for some time but now most of the content should be back, … and even some more. ;)

Why i always recommend OSWD?

You’ll find a big resource of designs which you can download for free. Most of the new designs are valid [x]html and css. They are free to download and perhaps you need some basics to get started? Even if you do want to use your own source, you will get tons of inspiration for your next xoops theme browsing through the examples.

google Reader Beta

google readerFor all, who are looking for a tool to manage their feeds, Google Reader may become a useful thing to edit, add, read and manage their feeds from every place with internet access.

I had some troubles actually to refresh and edit feeds but remember, it’s a beta and in my humble opinion this might become a nice tool. What do you think? Anyway, use XOOPS factorys BLOG FEED to stay informed!
