The winner of the XOOPS Site of the month contest March 2006 is NABUUR.COM Online Volunteering.

Comments :
- It was definately tough to choose my favorite of the group. There seemed to be several similarly designed sites this month. Therefore, I’m going to go with the one site that stood out from the crowd. The site is clean, well organized, and definately does not look like your typical XOOPS site. Thats why nabuur.com gets my vote.
- Ranks high on ease of use and simple design without any compromise on structure and function.
- Since the first contest I see it´s getting better with emerging good quality sites.
Nubuur got the most valid mails followed by:

I had to sort some mails out again this month, same IP, same person with mails within short period of time. Please do not waste our time with this, it’s your time too and doesn’t make fun. If you are running a community and inform your member about this contest, please tell them not to vote twice (or even more). I had more than one example where there were 5 mails from same IP within 5 minutes. I’ll check, mail, IP and combinations.
