This month it was a hard work for me to check all emails but at last, it was a good basis for a decision.
The voting form will be available for registered users ONLY in future. Of course, until I find a solution to work with. Even registering seems not to be a garanty of double votings, but .. it is very much easier for me to filter them. What has happened?
On 07.09.06 from 09:10 until 23:56 I detected mass submissions done via script each with different IP and mail but we could follow IP to mostly open ports of normal PC. In these hours there were nearly 300 submission all done same way. Of course, these emails are not counted as valid votings. After this I closed the voting form for anonymus but some seem to have too much time and submitted their voting more than once though being registered. Again, these emails are not counted as valid voting.
