xoops theme xf_2007_red
Two variations of a theme called xf_2007 for download on xoopsfactory.com. Here comes the red one.
This theme is made to fit xoops version 2.0.16 above including the new blockfeatures.
You can have a look at a running version of it on my demo site, but that is not running with the new blockfeatures. Here is a screenshot of the theme:
